Buy - Sell?

From what I can gather after using the Search Engine to look for the term ‘For Sale’, the forum doesn’t have a buy / sell section – not does the Administrator want one, feeling that it will breed ill-will on the site.

I have some personal A/V and PC kit I'd like to let go cheap, just to get it off the shelves that it’s currently collecting dust on now.  If I post it anywhere on H.A., will I flamed to hell and back?  Is offering hardware kit to fellow members forbidden altogether on H.A.?

Clarification from Admins’ / Mods’ please.

Please read Terms of Service, especially the explanation of rule #14 at the bottom.
