UI Element Example

Am I missing something obvious?  I can't find any examples or information about how to create a UI element for 0.9.5.

I was finally able to compile the sdk and the component example and get everything working.

The UI Element API is not part of the current SDK. Consently there is also no such example.

Any ideas on a release date?  Weeks?  Months?
