Using Flacsquisher problem

I am trying to use flacsquisher to convert a large library of flac files to mp3 preserving directory structure. Whenever I run flacsquisher it simply copies the flacs to the target directory without encoding anything. Doesn't matter what encoder is selected or what options are used. Any ideas as to why this is happening?

I haven't used the program yet, but could it be you haven't selected the encode/decoder application files?

Some programs cannot work with UNC paths. Are you using local disks? If not, you could try to mount the share as a local diskstation.
