Bug: Ogg chain seek to subsong start

Using the seekbar when seeking to 0:00 in a subsong of an ogg stream chain Foobar2000 seeks to 0:00 of the file instead. FB2K will then play the file in order until it reaches the end of the initial subsong then resume playlist order. FB2k will still use Previous and Next in playlist order from the initial subsong. Bug seen on Windows (v1.4.3) and Android (v1.1.33).

Sounds like it's resetting to the beginning of the file, instead of the beginning of the current subsong's serial number. (Subsongs in Ogg streams are handled as appended streams, differentiated by their unique serial numbers.)
