rip & convert - can't get song title to be track name

Using fb2k to rip and convert mp3 files using encoder file named:  LAME.exe.
Rip and Convert went fine except I want the song title to be the file name. SEE BELOW:

The song title is: mellow yellow
FILE NAME COMES OUT LIKE THIS:     01. CD Track 01.mp3
I WANT IT LIKE THIS:  01  mellow yellow.mp3
Maybe the title "mellow yellow" is in the header of the audio track
OR maybe "mellow yellow" is in the mp3 file header. I don't know where it comes from.

In fb2k CONVERTER SETUP I put this: %tracknumber%. %title%     Result is:  01. CD Track 01.mp3

MY QUESTION
Please tell me how to input correct info to make filename like this:  01  mellow yellow.mp3

Thank you.    Bill S.

I don't know where it comes from.
It comes from an online database. You need to tell foobar2000 to look up the information:
