RG scanner: reporting of peak value in dB is broken in 1.4 for low-level signals

For this file with very low-level signal fb2k 1.3.17 (Settings for RG scanner: Peak scan oversample factor: 1 , Advanced formatting of peak values is enabled) reports peak as 0.000000 (-138.47 dBTP)
But 1.4 with Advanced formatting of peak values enabled reports only 0.000000 No dBTP is reported. Even if oversampling is enabled.
