Dear forum users,
I have met several posts where users claimed that FhG didn't release any documentation or SDK of their VBRI header. That is WRONG! This file (http://www.iis.fraunhofer.de/amm/download/mp3_vbr_sdk.zip) contains the C++ source code for handling those tags.
If you are looking for a documentation of the VBRI header, have a look at this thread (http://groups.google.com/groups?selm=ijvilucqhnene2rkha8g6r67kh3dp16t1b%404ax.com). Unlike the SDK, this documentation is NOT written by FhG.
