Mouse scroll over playback bar changes playback position

BUG: When you use mouse scroll over playback progress bar it changes playback position.

This is unacceptable - mouse scroll there should have no effect.

Windows 10, foobar2000_v1.6.16

Why is it unacceptable?  This is intended behaviour, enabling the user to seek.

File > Properties > Advanced > Display > Mouse wheel... – untick.

I still don't know what's so unacceptable about it though, unless it's an accessibility issue.  The mouse scroll when hovering over progress should definitely have that effect!
