How to play PlayStation 2 .VB files used for GTA radio stations

Any way of playing these files directly from foobar? I know I can use MF Audio to convert them to wav files but I would like to play them without any converting.

I don't understand your issue. If you can convert to wav, you can therefore convert to any other lossless/lossy format which any player can play without any issue. :/
