The new Google talk (http://www.google.com/talk/whatsnew_more.html) has a option to show the music you are currently listening...
I guess it can't be that different than the one showing the title on MSN
Thanks in advance!
Edit: It only work with Windows Media Player by default, just like the MSN Music Status.
AMIP (http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=10632) is a popular program for reporting now playing information and already has support for many instant messenger programs. You might want to request CrazyCoder (http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index.php?showuser=7324) to add support for GoogleTalk.
also you may try here: http://numedecod.ro/HyperIM/ (http://numedecod.ro/HyperIM/)
Supported media players: 18 (eighteen)
Supported IM clients: 4
It looks like support might have to be on Google's side. I shot them off an e-mail either asking them to consider including fb2k as a supported music player or release specifications or an SDK of sorts so that a component could be developed by a third party.

Actually it's working with Winamp right out of the box, if that's any help to someone.

I've got the last version of the foo_winamp_spam (http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=42941) and it's not working agains google talk, I guess they read the title differently...
