which setting is better -q4.2 or -q4 noisetune=-15 ?

The bits is usually near
but i think -q4 noisetune=-15 is better with ABX

What exactly does "noisetune" do? I can't say for sure, but wouldn't it be already implemented in the Quality-Presets if it would improve sound quality?
