"Search member's posts" flood control msg shows wrong va

The message I am getting states

Sorry, the board administrator has enabled search flood control. Please wait at least 4 seconds before trying again.

I have waited for about 10 seconds, yet the same message appears once I either refresh the page or go back to profile and try it again.
Waiting about a minute allows me to search again.

Are you using Chrome as your browser. Long time issue.
Right click instead of left click works fine.

That is the weirdest browser/forum board bug I ever heard about. Yes, I'm using Chrome.
