[ToS #6]Per playlist display settings

iTunes, I hate it ... cos the software is a resource eater ... I used to love it ... because I unable to live without it.

Currently, I give myself a try to foobar ... it's light weight ... good ... but it's not easy to understand.

One that I found, in Foobar, the Playlist's Coloumn is un-customizedable. But in iTunes ... is 100% Customizable.

For Example:
iTunes
* For "A" Playlist, I just displayed: Title, Artist, Album, Year, & Track.
* For "B" Playlist, I just displayed: Title, Album, & Track Number only.
* For "C" playlist, I just displayed: Title, Artist
Foobar:
* If One playlist are displed: Title, Artist, Year, Track, & Year.
* So do the other playlist.

Can I have Foobar with Customizedable Playlist's Coloumn?

Not with the standard playlist view in the Default UI.
This should be possible in Columns UI, if I recall correctly.

If it's possible, please guide me how to do it? Please ...

Cos, one times, when added Bach in Composer's Coloumn,
all playlist are displayed composer's coloumn
and all Composer's Coloumn displayed Bach as Composer

Would be wonderful to have this feature in DUI. I usually have two playlists - one that is library playlist, tagged and organized files and one that is for recently downloaded stuff which are most of the time unorganized and need hell lot of tagging.

Assuming you have the additional Columns UI component already installed, visit the preferences, in particular the Playlist view page. For each column you can select in which playlist they should (not) appear.

Well that could be handled with something as silly-easy as using %album artist% instead of %artist%. You can always make custom columns or grouping patterns that do some pretty smart things--they're just not per-playlist dependent.

If you haven't visited Help->Title formatting help in fb2k, then you probably should.

please read here in order to learn how to show/hide columns on different playlists in Columns UI.
