I'm looking for a good ATIP reader program that can read blank and used discs. Any recommened programs?

Heh, they should all give the same ATIP with the same cd's.

For my external USB burner, Nero CD-Speed is the only tool that works... 

The other software couldn't detect my external RW.

In my experience is CDRIdentifier pure sh*t... Try Feurio! It can read ATIPs and gives you a lot of info...
