Yes, Nero should work from both Burning ROM and foobar2000.

AFAIK QT doesn't currently support multichannel.

"Encode Files..." from Nero Burning ROM tells me "Can't open file" when I try to "Add..." any file that is 3, 4, 5 or 6 (5+1) channels. These are wav files. What am I missing?

As I see, foobar lists only FAAC as AAC encoder. How do I add Nero encoding to foobar2000 (please save me time)?

Thanks.

Yes, 5.1 aac encoding using Nero encoder is working ok with foobar2000. Still can't get it to work using Burning ROM...
