Winamp2 input plugin support for Winamp3

Peter has released his WA2 input plugin wrapper for WA3, it allows you to use WA2 input plugins in WA3. Please READ the readme file in the zip carefully before attempting to use this wrapper.

If the server is down, please download it at another time.

update: main download site back online, the file has been updated with new fixes. report any non-working plugins you find (preferably with sample files to test).
imo it should work flawlessly with most of 'standard' input plugins that pass data to winamp2's output; only 'output-less' plugins (eg. in_cdda, new in_wm) are causing pain. latest in_midi works perfectly (at cost of a few hacks on in_midi side).

Awesome! It worked perfectly with the latest in_aac.dll AAC and LiquidySplit Liquid Audio plugins. Great hack PP. Thanks!!!
