How Do I Calculate Audio Bitrate For Opus

As Seen How Do I Calculate Audio Bitrate For Opus I Seen And Heard On YouTube To Divide By The Channels Or By Bit Depth Or Khz And Theres Like 2.0 (Stereo) 5.1 (Surround) Cause On Wiki AAC Is Transparente At 128Kbps (VBR) For Stereo And Surround 384Kbps Supposing Its (VBR) As Well But Most AAC Encoders Only Go Up to 320 (VBR) And Higher When Its CVBR,CBR,ABR Modes But Opus At CVBR,CBR,VBR Goes All The Way Up To 512Kbps

Software Im Going To Be Using If Foobar2000 For Opus ;)

You Take The Lossless Bitrate And Multiply It With The Ratio Of Capital Letters To Total Number Of Letters.
It Is Lossy So You Can Omit All The Apostrophes.

(I think there has been found some support for the following: If you want 5.1, you can scale mono bitrate by 5.1^0.75 and maybe more relevant, stereo bitrate by (5.1/2)^0.75 (which is around 3).)
