hardware players that support he-aac?

Hi there, I'm planning to buy a mp3 player and he-aac support would be much appreciated. By now I've only found Apple's iPod Classic (160GB) and some nokia/samsung phones, but I need plenty of space and a phone is not on my mind, so any help counts. Wouldn't mind to sacrifice the huge space, though it should be on the same price range (no more than $200).

I think such a player does not exist when you also want gapless playback.
