is there a service like last.fm for video?

i 'm not sure if it's the right place to  turn my question

well
i use foobar to listen my mp3 and last.fm to discover what i could like and it works and often i buy the cd that i really like

outside last.fm , i would love to know if there is a similar service for video

i mean sometime i watch movies and i use the pc , i would like if there is a service like last.fm that monitor my movies and suggest what i could like and buy

Unlike music files, no standard tagging methods for videos are widespread, which makes automatic monitoring of what a user is watching really difficult aside from a filename.

HOWEVER
