How to listen/reproduce songs 24/192?

Hello everyone, how can I listen/reproduce songs 24/192 with my FIIO E10K (holds up to 24/96)?
I can only listen to them with the "output" (High Definition Audio Device) of my laptop but with the loss of the "bass" that instead gives me the fiio, E10
THANKS Umberto

Did you install the latest drivers and firmware for your DAC?
Install the ASIO output for foobar2000 https://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_out_asio
If you use ASIO or an [exclusive] output, then you have to use a resampler to resample 192 kHz to 96 kHz (or lower samplerate).
What is the format of the file? FLAC? DSD?

Arranged everything with: Resampler (dbpoweramp/SSRC): 96000Hz

I don't use resamplers, try this one: https://foobar.hyv.fi/?view=foo_dsp_resampler
There are also 2 resamplers built into foobar2000 under DSP Manager

Any reason you chose NOT to use the SoX resampler (foo_dsp_resampler) cited by Gus?  Better specs than the SSRC.
