I can't get it out of my head and my YouTube recommendations. The Evo CD is called a CD transport and it is connected with a 4 pin 2.5 mm TRRRS cable. USB 2.0 has also just 4 pins. So in theory it should be possible to just build a different connector for it. And since audiophiles wouldn't accept to use a simple USB-C cable to connect their expensive gear, they build this USB-TRRRS cable instead.

Would be possible to rewire USB onto a TRRRS cable? Would that have any advantages or disadvantages?

Sadly the device is like $1200 and I can't afford one to take it appart und look what's inside. But I wouldn't be surprised to just find an USB drive combined with some overengineered parts and a nice case.

Well a checkmark on a menu is nothing a push button indicator. When you click a menu, you're essentially querying a variable on demand which is super easy. You don't have to know or care about its state at any other moment in time.

A button is "live" and must respond to state changes. It's easy for things built in to fb2k like stop after current etc because the SDK provides the functionality. It's not so easy for 3rd parties to implement their own. It's obviously possible given that foo_skip supports it but then Case is one of the most knowledgable devs around with regards to the inner workings of the SDK.

I'm not going to use images. I'm currently messing around with a title format function built in to the component. Then they can be inlined in any text anywhere.

I'd probably add a utils.GetCountryFlag method or similar for when JS without title format is required,

Also, I picked only the source that I have, not very interested in mp2, mono, mp4 or lossless vbr but at least with proper seek metadata, this commenter is on the right track. But the fact that now there are 2 sources now who do not know immediately how to fix the biggest problem with vbr for podcasts, the seeking problem, within mp3, like it said on medium says something.

Yup. Copy/Paste error. The low frequency is read twice from the CUI configuration. I'll release a hot fix.

as I still have the same problem with settings window, maybe you could try to change the position of "OK, reset..." buttons to the side of the window (upper part of the window) or maybe change the position of some setting in order to make the window wider but flatter?
It is OK when settings are 100%, it is only visible with bottom bar hidden with 125% and it is never visible with 150%. I have to be at 150%.
