Button Issues with Columns UI

I got the libpng and zlib libraries from http://yuo.be/columns.php. My buttons still aren't showing up. I searched through the memories, I restarted foobar and my computer as well as downloading new ones. They are in the foobar2000 folder. Either they won't show up or it will say they are corrupted. Lame! What did I do wrong?
Lighten up, it's just foobar.
