foobar2000 can't play songs from this one album

For some reasons, when I open songs from this certain album with foobar, the duration is shown as 1 second and there is no sound. Other programs can play the songs with no problem. The songs are mp3s, foobar is up to date and I have checked that the path or tags are not source of the problem. When I reencode the mp3 with audacity, foobar can play them fine.

I uploaded one of the mp3s if someone wants to check what the problem could be.

Make a backup of the mp3 and then load it in to Foobar2000. right click > Utilities > Fix VBR MP3 header.
Who are you and how did you get in here ?
