I've been using my taskbar on the right for about 10 years and never had this issue with any version of Foobar2000.

Maybe provide some more info like what build of W10 and a "copy report" of your components (found in the preferences > components).

Yes, you can place unmaximized windows behind the task bar. The OS won't stop you from doing this.

And it seems i can't resize the height of my Foobar. I guess it's a problem with my theme or some components. Have to tinker around - maybe i'll fix the issue.

I suggest deleting foo_w7shell, for starters.

^ foo_w7shell works fine for me, using it for years. It just adds album art thumbnail to the taskbar button. (I wish foobar had that by default, so we'd have one less otherwise useless DLL)

You have probably locked both sides of a Splitter. In Layout Editing Mode, right-click directly on Splitters and check the sub-menus for locked option. (You need at least one unlocked pane in that dimension, otherwise it effectly stops window resizing)

Cheers

Had to recreate my current theme because i couldn't figure out what the problem was. All splitters where unlocked though.
Problem solved now. Thanks for the help guys! Great community. ;)
