Filename problem in Foobar2000

I have downloaded your fab foobar 2000 to convert some Flac to MP3 and cannot quite get right what I want to do. I will try and explain. When I load a track into foobar to convert it reads 013 - R3hab - Hypnotising in the filename column(which is what I want). When converted to mp3 and opened up in windows in the folder I have created for conversions it just reads Hpynotising.mp3 in the name column. How do I get it retain the full info 013 - R3hab - Hypnotising. I have tried different combinations of the columns presets but cannot get it to copy exactly. At the moment I am loading the converted track into MP3tag and altering it manually. All the other columns copy over correctly to the converted track I.E   #, title, contributing artists, album, artist ,bitrate, comments, length and year its just the Filename (in foobar) and name (in converted track). Hope that all makes sense. I have tried to upload a couple of screenshots but it is asking for a url in this message and don't know how to do it. TIA

Converter Setup → Output style and file name formatting → Convert each track to an individual file
Name format:
%tracknumber% - %artist% - %title%

Thank you for both replies but I don't understand what you are telling me to. Please give a full explanation how to do what to do. I wish I could upload my screenshots but you can't that would give you a better idea what I am trying to explain. I can't even reply to your messages individually. Thank you for you help though

Right-click track(s) > Convert > '...' > click blue text 'Destination' > under 'Output style and filename formatting' > 'Name format' box = %filename%
