CUETools 2.1.6 error when converting flac to ffmpeg alac [solved]

I purchased a new computer and I have reinstalled this version,  I am trying to convert from flac to alac .  I have been using this program to do this for a long time.  I cannot convert anything because I keep getting this error when I run the convertor

ffmpeg.exe: The system cannot find the file specified.

I am really frustrated because I am not literate enough in this program

Any help would be appreciated

I fixed my problem I installed  ffmpeg and reran cuetools and Viola everything is like it use to be
