Background colour of selected playlist in panel?

Where or how can I change the backgroundcolour of the active playlist in the left panel? I didn't find this option in the preferences. Is it even possible?

Preferences -> Display > Columns UI -> Playlists

clicking "Playlist switcher panel display settings", submenus will appear.
