Can I use foobar2000 on a USB drive? .. like Portable Firefox..

When I did it it was okay. You just had to copy your preferences from the "Application Data" folder.

If you uncheck the multiple users option during install you don't even have to do that.  Personally I run foobar on my Ipod so that I can access it at work.
