Windows 10 Build 14393 and loss of notifications

Hi,

First of all I wanted to thank you for a wonderful music player.
And now to the problem, as the title says after upgrading to Win 10 ver 1607 x64 (build 14393), when Songs change no notification is displayed.

I read that you can force windows to display balloon notifications by forcefully converting them to toasts but that group policy change didn't do anything either (even after a restart) . when I go to notification center in Settings App the name of foobar2000 doesn't appear any more (unlike in the past).

I'm using foobar 1.3.16 and have tried reinstalling the program several times.

I'll be thankful for any help.

Windows bug, fixed by a later build.

I have no idea, because I don't know when it was broken, or when it was fixed. It was probably fixed by the Creator's Update, 1703 build 15063, or some build leading up to that release.
