"Decoded with minor problems" for _significant_ length mismatch

I guess that in most cases where the length mismatch is more than a second and a half, the file has much more than a "minor" problem? As of now, I have to manually review all the "minor" problems. Could be many.

Suggestion: set a threshold and report larger length mismatches as major problem?
