Show equalizer levels

Hello. I am new. I found a good equalization to hear music for the HyperX Cloud II but this is in an image, and I can't figure out if my guess is right about the levels. I can only see the bands. Is there any way that I can know how much dB I am adding or taking from the equalization?
Anyway, if someone is more experienced in this, this is the link of the eq. If someone can tell me the levels in every band I would be very happy to thank you.

Well, (assuming the slider scale is linear) you have the GUI there so why not just slice the -20-0-20 dB scale to 1 dB steps ...
