Any plugin in Foobar2000 to slice ISO to DSD?

I'd use one of the standalone iso to dsf converters.  (e.g. http://www.sonore.us/iso2dsd.html)  The conversion processes I've seen using foobar2000 are twitchy and require specific versions of foobar2000 and of foo_input_sacd.
