Hi,
I'd like re-encode WavPack files while keeping the tags. A simple script doing recursive directory traversal and calling wvunpack and wavpack takes care of the actual re-encoding, but how do I get the tags from the "old" wavpack file over? Any way to do that on the command line?
Foobar2000 doesn't work for me as it interprets the embedded cue sheets.
dBPowerAmp should work
There was another thread about this many years ago here (http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=33773&mode=linear) that still seems applicable, and the copytags (http://www.wavpack.com/copytags.zip) program is still available.
Awesome, exactly what I was hoping for.
Thanks David!
Been using CopyTags for years, wasn't its code supposed to be integrated into WavPack?
