Actual track information (Discord/TS3/...)

Hello, i would like to know if there is a componenet that posts chat message about track when changing to actual channel. I aim for Discord, but other voip clients support will be nice.

If such thing does not exist, then i guess i have to develop it myself. Some advices about sending input/mesages to another application? (which function call to use / some example from existing plugin)
