How do I "read" .log files?

I have a lot of music, but I don't know how to "read" the log file to see if I ripped it correctly. Is there a program for this, or do I need to read a few parts to see if it's good?

That depends on what kind of log file you're talking about. Generally they can be read in a plain text editor like Notepad.
