How should I save all my customizations?

I want to backup my foobar look and feel in case I need to format my PC and be able to get it back as it is now.

Shift-click the File menu > Browse configuration folder > back this folder up somewhere > get tea and a cookie

The way I do it is I use portable install exclusively and back up the entire folder.
