How to add converting to mp2 with twolame.exe? I use command line %s %d but it says  "An error occurred while finalizing the encoding process (Object not found)"

Assuming you are asking about foobar2000, I believe that error means that the encode failed.  Double check that the command line you are feeding to toolame is correct.

Just forget to add libsndfile-1.dll
