How to 1—playlist switcher control now-playing list; 2—separate filter

Hey guys, I'm trying to make a layout such as this, wondering if you can help:
Far Left > Playlist Switcher
Left > Genre Filter
Middle > Artist Filter
Right > Album Filter
Below the Filters:
Track Filter with columns to display Track #, Title, Artist, Album, Bitrate, Rating, Length, Location
Far Right (Virtual Column) > Playlist of Currently Playing selection

Hopefully this screenshot and text helps:

Basically I want to be able to have the playlist switcher change the far right vertical column, but that's it. I don't want any other selection of any of the filters to change this view.
I also want to make the track filter at the bottom show what has been filtered by the selection of what's selected in the Genre/Artist/Album filter. Is this layout at all possible?

Cheers!

I mean this constructively: Writing a descriptive title might well have encouraged people to click into your thread and/or caught the attention of someone who can solve your questions. Now I guess it falls to me to edit the title to be useful.

Thanks for that, I did try and be attention grabbing whilst being concise. Hopefully someone out there can help.
