A speed changer that changes the sample rate

Hello. I need a speed changer DSP that also changes the sampling rate and allows itself to be placed on UI. Where can I find one?

The closest thing I can think of is "Set Sample Rate" effect (part of Utility DSP Array component) but it can't be integrated as a UI element unlike foo_dsp_effect
