I am looking to analyze audio music files (such as MP3 or WAV), in terms of parameters such as: musical scales, genres, genre distribution, vocal analysis (harmony level, amount of singers, instruments, melody level), BPM, the performer name, the volatility level and more.
I wish to get the data as numerical or tabular information.

You probably have to combine various programs but for the tagging part and the export to tabular try MP3Tag

I don't think such a tool exists.
Bpm should be easiest to get with analysis tools. But even those results are often incorrect.
Basically you need a tool that will create sheet music from a song. This is very hard to do for a human. And even harder for a program.
I have tried wav to midi converters in the past, but the results are extemely bad and 99.9% unusable.
Isolating and recognising each instrument is just extremely hard to do. For vocals even harder. And that is only part of the job.
But maybe this is not what you meant :).
So your best bet is getting the information from a database instead.
I think for dance music a lot of details are available for DJs. Don't ask me where, i don' t know. For other genre not so much, i guess.

If your ears and your brain can't determine all of this, I'm not sure what you expect to teach the children... :P

Maybe ask whoever told you that. ;)
With "modern" music it can be virtually impossible to identify instruments because there are all kinds of alterations & effects and "artificial" synthesized sounds. Even before computers The Beatles were altering their voices and instruments to get new & different sounds. And with a classical orchestra I don't think you can hear/identify all of the instruments playing at any moment. Genre is often a matter of debate.
And in general, the other details are "difficult" too.
There online "song identification" sites that can identify the song and artist. That's more "matching" than "analysis". Once you have the song & recording identified you might be able to research the other information but I doubt you'll find the number of background singers or the harmony structure or things like that.
