Automatically subscribed to every topic i reply in?

It seems I get subscribed to every topic I reply in, which floods my email inbox quite much. Is there a way to disable this, so I have to subscribe threads manually?
Can't wait for a HD-AAC encoder :P

My Controls -> Options, Email Settings -> Enable 'Email Notification' by default?
