Need to identify an artist

Hi folks!

I seriously need to find this one.
It used to go on MTV by the 2001's.
It was a single released, so it played a lot.

The clip was really strange... white place, drops of water, there was this blonde german guy who sung (sung in german).
His hair is egg blonde and short but has a long fringe. Everything in the clip looked quite futuristic, kinda cyber like clip.
Somewhere in my mind, I remember the words "nektar". I don't know if that was part of the track, or part of artist's title.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
