Structure of a data storage in a format amr

Good afternoon, before me it is necessary to disassemble a problem format AMR and to find how there value of amplitude is coded. From the documentation it was possible to find only the specification, but there it is complex enough to understand that to what. Probably someone already collided with such problem.
