AIF decode

Aif files swap channels when played back or converted.

Also 2.630ms is added to the left channel & 2.608ms to the right channel of the resulting wav file on conversion.

Thanks for the fast response.

0.7.7c still seems to have the same problem.  An uneven amount of silence is added to the different channels as well as them being swapped.

P.S. Windows Media Player swapped channels also while Quicktime for windows, Wavelab & Peak did not.  Peak is a well regarded wave editor on the Apple OS.
