mp3 with copyright can't be read to wav?

Hi ya'll,

I have this mp3 I tried to open in cooledit (cooledit converts it to .wav for
editing) ,
but cooledit can't read it for some reason, it simple gets stuck upon reading it.
When it's done reading all i get is noise/crap, picture a wave
with the looks of a continuous brick wall.

It plays fine with winamp though..

I put it on a fast adsl-server so you tech-docs could slice dice disect and
examine it if you're curious.
Mister Bass Mann

Also lame+razorlame can't read it/convert it either..

Most probably a corrupt ID3v2 tag.
Dl'd your file, removed ID3v2 tag with tag&rename, decoded to wav with lame --decode, done.
