Access to mobile playlists [android]

I saw a few questions related to this here. The problem seems to be that the internal playlists are stored along with fb2k's other settings in a file location you'd need root access to. It would be nice to be able to export them somehow to a readable location and suitable format.

If adding export of the internal playlists is too complicated, would it be possible to have a setting where they are simply stored in the user-assigned playlist folder? (Of course this wouldn't be so useful though if they are not in some readable format like .pls or .m3u)
