the seekbar is working wrong

the seekbar is working wrong. it move forward on approximately  1 mm, than go back approximately  2mm, And it repeats such actions

Thanks for the problem report. The foo_out_wasapis component reported latency incorrectly when Windows mixer and played material had different sample rates, When the ratio difference was big the seekbar was in entirely wrong position, easily visible with Waveform Minibar. Improved version uploaded.
There is still sometimes a tiny twitch backwards visible after seek, that is related to the fade handling. I hope you aren't too bothered by that.
