I have a question regarding excl_chn_mask[] bits in the dynamic-range_info() in the AAC bitstream.

Assume the excl_chn_mask[] bit set for a channel in the dynamic_range_info() in the AAC bitstream,
what does that mean ?

we are not interested to change the drc values (no. of bands, gain etc) for this channel
but the drc processing (spectral line multiplication) must go on this channel with the previously
transmitted values even for this frame.

We would like to stop drc processing for this channel from now onwards till we get a
drc parameters for this channel in 'dynamic_range_info()' later.

stop drc processing (spectral line multiplication) at this frame for this channel but
continue with drc processing from  next frame using the previous value.
