Program to show what metadata will look like on a media player?

Just wondering if there is a program that I can drag an album into which will show the information which will be seen on my media player screen?
Something to give me a quick idea of what I need to change, because I have been playing some albums and see problems with the metadata, but it would be nice if instead of turning on my media player, I can use a program instead.

If you are running windows then my absolute favourite is Mp3Tag

If you are running Mac then my fave is Metadatics (which is not quiiiite as good as Mp3Tag, but still very good)
