Yes. Thank you for your answer. Effect is fine, but how to set shortcut to make inrease or decrease tempo effect? I cannot find proprer effect in shortcuts menu

You can add UI element for this. Or add shortcut to display floating UI element for this control (View > DSP > Playback rate).
